Wavefront reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Site is offered.

Governing Law
The terms, conditions and notices on this Site are governed in all respects by the laws of the province of Alberta, Canada and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the province of Alberta, Canada.

Severability
If any part of these Terms of Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, the remainder of the terms shall nonetheless continue in effect.
