Brett Davidson – President, CEO, Director
Brett Davidson heads the Wavefront team and has more than 19 years of experience in research, development and commercialization of products and services in the civil, environmental and petroleum disciplines. Davidson, a founder of Wavefront, has spent the past 13 years in processing the company’s strategic direction, focusing extensively on the global commercialization of Wavefront’s game-changing technology. Prior to Wavefront, Davidson was principal of a consulting company, Subterranean Technologies, which concentrated on issues surrounding salt mine and cavern design and closeout. He began his career with Atomic Energy of Canada in Pinawa, Manitoba, and later managed the Geomechanics Research Group at the University of Waterloo.

D. Brad Paterson – CFO and Director
As Wavefront’s CFO, D. Brad Paterson draws on more than 15 years of experience as a senior officer and director of publicly listed companies. His diverse background and expertise informs his primary role and responsibility for the company’s strategic financial direction. Paterson’s extensive knowledge of management and financial accounting, corporate finance, corporate governance and regulatory markets also informs his supervision of financial management, control, reporting, planning, and investor relations. Before joining the Wavefront team, Paterson served as a consultant in the public listing of private companies and led a variety of initiatives including corporate restructurings and financings, business and assets valuations, and acquisitions. In addition, he has served as a senior financial analyst for a private equity and mezzanine financing firm, the Alberta Indian Investment Corporation and Alberta Indian Equity Foundation.

Steven W. Percy – Chairman
Before Wavefront, Percy held several positions with The Standard Oil Company, including manager of American flagged marine transportation, manager of the Eastern Crude Oil division, director of operations analysis, director of downstream strategic planning and development and director of the executive office. Following the merger of BP and Standard Oil, Percy served as the group treasurer of the British Petroleum Company p.l.c. and chief executive of BP Finance International, president of BP Oil and chairman and chief executive officer of BP America.

Dennis R. Minano – Director
In his capacity as director, Dennis R Minano serves as an advisor on energy and environmental for Wavefront. He also leads various groups and companies who formulate future US policies in this area. These activities build on his career work aimed at crafting new policy in several broad based forums. Prior to Wavefront, Minano spent 30 years at General Motors,where he started as an attorney and was involved in marketing, product liability litigation,and energy and environmental law where he was designated Practice Area manger of the Environmental and Energy Law Group. In 1992 he was elected by the GM Board of Directors as Vice President of Energy and Environmental,where he was given business responsibility for the topics. He remained in that role until his retirement in 2002. During that time he also served as the Vice President of Communications and managed GMs’ Public Policy Center. Following his GM career he became Chair of the Board of IntegriGuard, LLC, a private company providing financial oversight review of payments made under the U.S. Medicare and Medicare programs.

Jeff Saponja – Director
Currently Director, President and CEO of TriAxon Oil Corp., a private light oil focused junior oil and gas producer. TriAxon raised approximately $70 million in May of 2010, with aim to develop two Western Canada Basin light oil resource play prospects using the horizontal multi-stage fraccing method. He was a founding member, Director and the President/CEO of TriAxon Resources Ltd, which formed in May of 2006 with an initial private placement financing of $40 million. In December of 2009, Crescent Point Energy Corp. acquired TriAxon in an all share deal for approximately $250 million. TriAxon was a unique light-oil resource play focused private junior oil and gas producer that successfully combined proficient well engineering with proficient geo-science. TriAxon was an early adopter of the horizontal multi-stage fraccing method and successfully deployed it in four areas within the Western Canada Basin. Prior thereto, was a senior manager at Weatherford Canada Partnership (2001 to 2006). Prior thereto, held senior engineering positions with Shell UK internationally in the North Sea (1996 to 2000) and Husky Energy in Canada (1990 to 1995). Extensive experience with advanced well engineering and operations, including horizontal underbalanced drilling, managed pressure drilling and fracture stimulation enhancement. Co-chaired the IRP-22 committee, which was established to set Canadian industry standards for application of underbalanced and managed pressure drilling technologies. Graduated with a BSc degree, with distinction, in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary in Canada and obtain an MBA at the University of East Anglia in the UK.

John Zahary – Director
Currently, Zahary is president and chief executive officer of Harvest Operation Corp. A professional engineer with extensive senior management experience in the upstream and integrated oil and natural gas industry, Zahary served as president and chief executive officer of Viking Energy prior to its merger with Harvest in February, 2006. Previously, Zahary was President of Petrovera Resources, an oil and gas producer with assets in Saskatchewan and Alberta. Prior to his role at Petrovera, Zahary held senior positions at PanCanadian Petroleum Limited, Canadian Oil Sands Trust, Gulf Canada Resources Ltd., Imperial Oil Limited, and Texaco Canada Resources. Zahary has been past director and president of the Alberta Chamber of Resources, and a governor and officer of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers. Zahary is also chairman of the Western Canada Rhodes Scholarship Selection Committee as well as having many other business and volunteer associations. In addition, Zahary holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calgary, and a M.Phil. in Management from the University of Oxford.
