INC. |
Primawave Implemented In New Jersey
EDMONTON, Alta Oct 29, 2007/ Wavefront Energy and Environmental Services
Inc. (“Wavefront”), a leader in technology development and implementation
for improved oil recovery and optimized groundwater remediation is pleased
to announce that the Primawave Process is currently being utilized to
optimize the injection of a remedial fluid in a challenging geological
setting. The two acre industrial site located in Little Falls, New Jersey,
is the subject of a large-scale project where 38,000 gallons of lactate is
being placed through 100 injection points to neutralize a chlorinated
solvent impacting groundwater quality.
Wavefront President and CEO Brett Davidson commented, “There is significant
interest and growing demand for Primawave in the groundwater remediation
sector where 450,000 to 500,000 contaminated sites exist in the United
States representing an estimated market size of 10 billion dollars per annum1.
Wavefront has aligned itself with a well positioned eastern United States
environmental service company who is using Primawave to differentiate itself
from competitors for the purpose of capturing greater market share in the
remedial injection market. There are imminent projects pending and
management looks to further expand Primawave’s utilization in the United
States as Wavefront situates itself with a leading California based
environmental service contractor.”
