DRAMATIC RESULTS AS DEEPWAVESM AIDS IN REVITALIZING

HEAVY OIL WELLS THAT EXPERIENCE CATASTROPHIC FAILURES

EDMONTON, Alta November 3, 2005/ Wavefront Energy and Environmental Services Inc., a provider of innovative technologies for increased oil production and groundwater remediation, is pleased to announce that the Company’s DeepWaveSM (http://onthewavefront.com/dw_what-is-deep-wave.htm) technology has been successfully implemented in a new application in the Canadian Heavy Oil Sector.

The new application incorporating DeepWaveSM is known as Continuous Sand Extraction with a Surge tool  (“CSES”) and is marketed by the Company’s licensed provider in Alberta, Top Gun Sand Pumps and Rentals.  CSES is a method of producing a heavy oil well where large volumes of sand are encountered.  The approach has been used with varying degrees of success in heavy oil wells that had experienced chronic inflow problems associated with particulates clogging pore spaces in the near wellbore environment as well as the perforations.  The incorporation of the DeepWaveSM process is a robust addition to the approach as the CSES can now pulse a stream of fluid on the down stroke.  The pulsed fluid exits the well at high accelerations and significantly reduces, and in some cases prevents, pore space and perforation clogging from occurring. Top Gun currently has twelve permanent CSES installed from which the Company receives a royalty. The DeepWaveSM CSES approach has resulted in these twelve wells going from zero or very low volumes of oil production per day to a high of 10m3 (~63 bbls/day) of oil production per day.  The installations, which have been in operation for up to eighteen months, are considered commercial successes.

“The results of the DeepWaveSM CSES approach were greater than anticipated,” stated Kirby Hayes the marketer of CSES for Top Gun in the Canadian Heavy Oil industry.  “Prior to the installation of the CSES, most of the wells experienced catastrophic failures and to now have them sustaining production and being commercially viable is a great achievement.  I have been involved with DeepWaveSM since its inception and I am continually being impressed with the results we see from its application. The future of DeepWaveSM as a mainstream tool in the overall scheme of producing oil is very promising.”

Brett Davidson, President and CEO of Wavefront commented, “The contribution of DeepWaveSM in revitalizing these wells is nothing short of impressive.  We continually develop new applications and demonstrate that the technology is unparalleled in its applications.  When these results, the successful DeepWaveSM gas well stimulation, the Company’s prior track record of success, as well as the results we will gather in our own operations, become broadly disseminated, the global oil community will be eyeing Wavefront very closely.  This will result in greater opportunities and establish DeepWaveSM as a global standard in improved oil recovery.”
